It's been a couple of weeks now that I've been going to the gym, let me explain how it is going.
Well as you can see I now have a section on here, were, I'm sharing my work out routines. Yes they are only very small, but to be honest I don't fancy over doing things.
On the last visit I did weigh myself, that was a good idea haha, one of my reasons for going, was wanting to ensure I'm ok weight wise for the jump. Yep, good news is the weight is doing very well.
On the physical aspect it feels so good to be able to push myself safely without overdoing things, yep, it does hurt at times and takes a lot of effort to stay awake after but, the positives definitely out weigh the negatives.
Doing the upper body stuff I'm able to increase the weights used, on my legs I'm able to go for longer on the seated cross trainer. I'm well aware that doesn't mean I can walk longer or further, it wont help the foot drop, but, my legs are moving and blood is pumping, not only that but mentally I really am feeling a bit better for the work that's being done.
Well just wanted to do a little update, hopefully over the next few days I will have something very exciting to tell you all.
